Joanna Ball
Joanna Ball is the Managing Director of the Directory of Open Access Journals, a community-led open infrastructure which curates a unique index of over 20,000 diverse open access journals from around the world. Joanna is responsible for ensuring that DOAJ fulfils its mission by setting strategic direction, leading on advocacy and engagement, and securing the organisation's sustainability. Joanna joined DOAJ in 2022 after spending over 25 years in academic library management and leadership roles in the UK and Denmark. She is a previous Chair of UKSG’s Board of Trustees.
Kim Brinckmann
Kim Brinckmann is Deputy Director at the department of Research and Information Security at the University of Copenhagen. He has previously worked at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science in diverse capacities including roles as ministerial secretary and office manager. Previous positions also include faculty director at the Faculty of Humanities at University of Copenhagen.
Erik Stattin
Erik Stattin is head of the unit for Research Collaboration at the National Library of Sweden. In that role he coordinates and follow up on national efforts to facilitate open access to publications. Erik led the project to draft National Guidelines for Open Science that was assigned to the National Library by the Swedish government.

Karolina Lindh holds a PhD in information studies. Her academic experience encompasses research, teaching, and appointments as research support specialist in academic libraries. Since 2020, Karolina Lindh has been coordinating Lund University's Open Science strategies, liaising between the University Library's Scholarly Communication Department and the Rectorate.
